What it does

One place for every certificate that matters

Certificates that live in scattered email threads and shared drives are certificates that quietly expire without you noticing.

Scope Certification

Certifications for a factory, supplier, or material, such as GRS, GOTS, or OEKO-TEX, with Tier 1 and supplier name attached.

Transaction Certificates

Product- or order-specific certificates verifying materials for individual POs, linked by style number and PO number.

View, edit, or delete

Open the original PDF, update certification details, or remove a record you no longer need.

Linked to Product Lifecycle

Certificates connect to the product name, SKU, style number, and PO number inside every garment's record.

How it works

Four steps, from upload to linked record

Works with the certificates and transaction certificates your factories already hold.

  1. Step 01

    Choose Scope or Transaction

Pick the tab that matches what you are adding, a factory-level certificate or an order-specific one.

  2. Step 02

    Complete the certificate details

Certification name, type, valid until date, material, and supplier or PO details.

  3. Step 03

    Upload the PDF

Attach the certificate document, then submit the record.

  4. Step 04

    Manage as they change

View, edit, or delete any certificate as expiry dates approach or documents are replaced.

Certification status feeds into Objective Progress and Product Life Cycle, and every valid certificate is linked directly to the relevant Digital Product Passport.
